I had great experience with this company. They replaced/retiled full roof (as well as two flat roofs) over my house. I mostly appreciated how punctual everyone was and how easy it was to communicate with office about my project. There are so many roofing companies to choose from in SoFlorida and I did a lot of research before settling on Allied Roofing. Gisele was most helpful with color selection and walking me through expectations and time frames for the project. It was easy to reach out to Gisele and the rest of the team if I had questions.
As far as work itself, roof took a couple of weeks due to weather and permit delays; crews showed up on time, worked very quick, removed construction debris, and communicated well. My husband and I hired Allied Roofing to replace our old shingle roof which had a hole in it and was leaking into our dining room. They wasted no time showing up to give us an estimate for a new metal roof, they went above and beyond with getting the permits quickly and the materials delivered to start as soon as possible. Allied did a great job removing the old roof and all of the debris from it, there clean up was very thorough. We didn’t find a single nail from the old roof. Allied Roofing recently completed our metal roof. We chose “Medium Brown,” and it looks beautiful. We live in an HOA that initially did not permit metal roofs. I contacted Allied Roofing about it, and they made several presentations at our HOA board meetings to explain the benefits of a metal roof. Fortunately, the HOA board amended the rules to allow metal roofs. I am very grateful that Allied was willing to present at those meetings. During the construction of the roof, Allied set up a WhatsApp group chat that included the project manager and other reps at the company. Any time I had a question or issue, I wrote a message in the group chat and someone responded immediately. They even followed up with me after the roof was completed to make sure I was satisfied.
